BUYER’S PREMIUM

  • In auctions, the Buyer's Premium is a charge in addition to the Hammer Price (the winning bid) of an auction item (or lot).

  • The winning bidder is required to pay both the Hammer Price and the percentage of that price called for by the Buyer's Premium.

  • Jaybird Auctions charges 15-20% Buyer’s Premium, please see Auction Terms.

INVOICE + PAYMENT

  • Invoices will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of the close of the auction.

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

  • Wire transfer or a cashier's check is required for purchases over $5,000 and for vehicle purchases.

  • Shipping is always invoiced separately.

SALES TAX

  • Online purchases from Jaybird Auctions may be subject to sales tax.

  • If you are tax-exempt, email a copy of your certificate to info@jaybirdauctions.com.


REFUNDS + RETURNS

  • All sales are final — no items may be returned for any reason, and no refunds will be given.

  • Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability — all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed.
