BUYER’S PREMIUM
In auctions, the Buyer's Premium is a charge in addition to the Hammer Price (the winning bid) of an auction item (or lot).
The winning bidder is required to pay both the Hammer Price and the percentage of that price called for by the Buyer's Premium.

INVOICE + PAYMENT
Invoices will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of the close of the auction.
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
Wire transfer or a cashier's check is required for purchases over $5,000 and for vehicle purchases.
Shipping is always invoiced separately.
SALES TAX
Online purchases from Jaybird Auctions may be subject to sales tax.
If you are tax-exempt, email a copy of your certificate to info@jaybirdauctions.com.
REFUNDS + RETURNS
All sales are final — no items may be returned for any reason, and no refunds will be given.
Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability — all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed.
